This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Website and Villa Farm, the owner(s) of this
Website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to
occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and

Delivery Information
At present we only post within the UK
FREE delivery for UK orders over £25.00 (automatically applied at checkout)
A delivery charge of £4.95 will be applied to UK orders which are under £25.00
To save delivery charges, there is a “click and collect” option at checkout, which means you are able to order online and collect from Villa Farm. You will be contacted to arrange a suitable time.
Goods will be posted using Royal Mail, and we aim to dispatch within 3 working days
(please note working days are Mon-Fri, not including bank holidays)
In an unlikely occasion that the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will email you to let you know the estimated date of dispatch with the option to amend or cancel your order.
PRICING
All prices are in £ inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery.
RETURNS INFORMATION
We hope that your order will be to your complete satisfaction, however if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we offer a no-quibble 30 days returns policy.
Returns, unless defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you return any items via a fully trackable delivery service. Refunds cannot be issued if a returned order has been lost in transit and fails to reach us. Proof of postage alone is not proof of receipt unfortunately.
When returning any goods please include a copy of your invoice or a note detailing your order details and send this inside the securely wrapped parcel, this way we can refund you accordingly.
Items must be returned unused and in a resalable condition, exactly as received. If received damaged we may make a deduction from your refund for loss in value of the goods.
We will not be able to issue a refund or send out a replacement without photographic evidence of the damaged item.
